Are You A Bondage Lover Whose Arms Hate You?

Some people love being heavily restrained by rope, but struggle to have their arms bound behind their back. A lot of traditional ties (such as TKs and Reverse Armbinders) don't accommodate a wide variety of physical issues such as damaged rotator cuffs, inflexible shoulders, nerve sensitivity and hyper-mobility.
I've always tried to spread as much information about arms forward ties as I can, as it helps a wider range of people towards suspension (the Blue, Red, Cyan and lockdown harnesses are great options for suspension).
However, I know that feeling restrained is a priority for a people that’s separate from suspension, so in the last few months, I’ve tried to reflect the variations I teach in person into my video tutorials. If you’re interested in being restrained but have an awkward body that disagrees with your hobby, know that there are many potential options…

This is GlitterGusher in the Split TK. I got the idea from one of Yagami Ren’s images, where rather than using a central single column tie, he’ll restrain the forearms in two places. I figured that this might be a good way to support people who can’t cross their wrists over behind their back.

Here, we have BambiBratS in a combination of hojo cuffs and cosy counter tension on the hips and torso. In this tie, you can heavily restrain the arms whilst in a low, relaxed position. It’s on my Patreon now, if you'd like to see an early access version.

This is a surprisingly snug restraint because the forearms are bound together, then bound to the waist. It was inspired by an image from RopeMagic, which I made into a tie with Entwined Star and Erik. There's a free tutorial for this on my YouTube channel.

This tie binds Willow’s wrists to her thighs and reinforces that position so that the ropes can’t slip up or down. We made a tutorial about it which is in early access on my Patreon.

This video shows EntwinedStar in the Prisoner Belt. It begins from tying the wrists together and then reinforces that double column tie to the waist.

With the lockdown harness, the more you see this used, the more you can see how adaptable it is.

The Blue harness, shown here on VexingMadCap, isn’t the most restrictive tie in the world, but you can experience a lot of spread out pressure without it all pushing on a particular spot.
Here, we’ve shown a range of upper body harnesses. I’m sure there are many many more options, but I’ve tried to not replicate the same form more than once. If you’re a rope bondage lover with a difficult body, I’d love to hear your thoughts or what works for you.
